The villa sits in the K Section of Playa Guiones, right around the corner from the South Guiones (Baker's Beach) entrance, a barefoot few-minute walk. Costa Rica's maritime law keeps the first 200 meters behind the high-tide line free of private homes, so K Section is as close to the sand as a titled home can legally be.
How many people does the villa sleep?
Up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms: three king suites plus a kids' room with a queen bed and two twin bunks. There are 4 bathrooms, including one with a private outdoor soaking tub.
Is the internet really fast enough to work from?
Yes. Fiber tested at 425 Mbps both up and down, with a complete Starlink system in the house ready to be put into action on the rare occasion the fiber is down, and battery backup keeping the internet, lights, and essentials running. There's a dedicated desk and work area.
